Vince is the founder and President of DiMarco & Company, Inc. Following his graduation from Niagara University as an Accounting major, Vince embarked upon his career with the Internal Revenue Service. He was a Senior Field Agent of the Internal Revenue Service for 13 years and served as the administrative head of the Niagara Falls, NY Office. He also served as President of the 500 member Buffalo Chapter of the National Treasury Employees Union. For most of his career with the IRS, he was assigned the largest and most complex cases within the Buffalo District. He was a senior Offer in Compromise Examiner and was frequently assigned to the Special Procedures Staff with the requirement to provide other field agents technical advice and opinions. He was a lead instructor of new IRS employees and also investigated discrimination complaints within the Internal Revenue Service.
 
When Vince founded the accounting practice in 1984, he serviced one business client and prepared a total of 28 personal income tax returns. The practice has now expanded to over 150 business clients and 900 annual personal income tax returns. He continues to write annual newsletters to his clients, conduct seminars, provide professional opinions, represent taxpayers before the IRS, and address various professional groups about tax law changes and analysis.
 
Vince specializes in retirement, financial and estate planning for his clients.

Vince II attended Dartmouth College and Niagara University. Following his graduation from Niagara University with a degree in Accounting, he commenced his employment with the firm and attained his CPA. He is in charge of all technical aspects of our business client accounting functions as well as the Income Tax Preparation for our business and more complex individual clients.
 
AnnMarie DiMarco Valencio
Business Coordinator
AnnMarie received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Lesley University with a major in Business Management and her Masters Degree from Niagara University in Education. AnnMarie oversees the Payroll Service and Individual Income Tax Preparation functions of the firm. She trains the support staff and coordinates the accounting functions of our business clients.
 
Deborah DiMarco
Office Manager
Deborah focuses on the internal functions of the office and coordinates the scheduling and work flow in support of the technical personnel. She also coordinates our advertising and client relation functions.
 
Lorene Dillon
Payroll, Accounting & Tax Preparation Support
Lorene, following her graduation from a local school of business, embarked on her career as a Customer Relations Specialist with Liberty Mutual Insurance. In that capacity, she obtained a significant understanding of the insurance industry which benefits our clients. She assists in all aspects of Accounting and Tax Preparation and, when required, supports our payroll service operation.
